Inter Cars is a wholesale and retail distributor of parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The company was founded in Poland in 1990, and since then it has continuously evolved, expanding its range and entering new international markets. Initially, Inter Cars' operations were based on a single auto parts sales outlet in Warsaw. Over time, new branches and warehouses were added.

Today, we are a leading company in the Central and Eastern European market, supplying parts for passenger cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, and motorcycles. Our range also includes tuning elements, off-road parts, car accessories, and garage equipment. Since the company's inception, our focus has been on B2B relationships, collaboration with car workshops and auto shops, and the creation of an internal branch network. In recent years, we have been continuously developing retail and directing our products to individual customers.

History of Inter Cars
1990
Establishment of the company
Inter Cars was established in 1990, when Krzysztof and Piotr Oleksowicz, and Andrzej Oliszewski founded a civil partnership. The first warehouse, only 300 square meters on Powsińska Street in Warsaw, mainly contained engine parts. In a short time, the range expanded to 15,000 parts for Opel, Volkswagen, and Mercedes cars. Two years later, a second office was opened in the capital.
1996
Achieving market leader position in the country
1996 was a breakthrough year. A 1500 square meter central warehouse was opened in Warsaw, and Inter Cars achieved, only 6 years after entering the market, the goal they had set from the beginning – i.e., to take a leading position in Poland.
1998
Launch of Q-Service
In 1998, the network of independent workshops Q-Service was launched – the first organization in Poland that connected independent workshops. A year later, the civil partnership transformed into a joint-stock company.
2000
First branches outside Warsaw and Poland
The beginning of the 21st century brought a new breakthrough for the company. Inter Cars opened 4 branches outside of Warsaw, also starting operations in other countries. The first of these was Ukraine. Additionally, in 2000 a modern logistics center with an area of 17,000 square meters was launched, enabling efficient distribution of goods. At the same time, a modern online parts ordering tool – the IC Catalog – was introduced.
2004
Stock market debut
On May 26, 2004, Inter Cars SA had its first day on the stock market, and two years later, in 2006, the company achieved its first billion in turnover. In the same year, the company gained the exclusive right to sell Triumph motorcycles in Poland.
2012
Launch of the Motointegrator platform
The next significant step in the company's development was the launch of the online platform Motointegrator, which helps customers find a workshop in their area, read reviews about it, and book an appointment. The platform was created in 2012.
2017
Establishment of ILS
In 2017, the company's major investment was completed – the construction of the modern European Logistics and Development Center (ILS) in Zakroczym, covering an area of almost 45,000 square meters.
Today, the company has several subsidiaries and thousands of employees in their ranks and in cooperation with branches. Despite the enormous growth, we never stop. We constantly expand our range and improve our services to meet the expectations of our customers.
