You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason (consumer information).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User acquired the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User acquired the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to the issuer of the invoice or receipt, namely:
