The CTEK MXS 10 charger from the Swedish company is a fully automatic 8-step charger providing charging for 12 V batteries with a capacity from 20 Ah to 200 Ah. It is possible to maintain charging for batteries with a capacity of up to 300 Ah. The MXS 10 charger is a solution that uses the latest technologies. It is ideally suited for use in workshops, caravans, recreational vehicles, boats, and cars.
The MXS 10 has features such as battery diagnosis indicating whether the battery can receive and hold a charge. A regeneration function that allows the renewal of completely discharged batteries with stratified electrolyte. A maintenance charging option that keeps the battery fully charged. The device is also equipped with a temperature sensor ensuring optimal charging regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, the Supply function, or power mode, provides constant voltage and allows the device to be used as a power unit for car electronics, e.g., during battery replacement.
The charger supports lead-acid, gel, AGM, and other batteries. It has a clear display indicating the current operating mode of the device.

*) Reverse current is the current that drains the battery if the charger is not connected to the mains. CTEK chargers have very low reverse current.
**) The quality of the charging voltage and charging current is very important. High current ripple heats the battery, causing the positive electrode to age. High voltage ripples can damage other equipment connected to the battery. CTEK battery chargers produce very clean voltage and current with low ripples.
