SECURITY GATEWAY UNLOCKING - customers with an active TEXPACK package gain access to SGW gateways at no additional cost in vehicle brands such as: VAG GROUP (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini), KIA, FCA GROUP (Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler), Renault, Dacia, and Mercedes.
CALL CENTER – provides top-level phone and remote support both for customer computer issues and vehicle diagnostics. In the Polish market, owners of the update package receive free access to Call Center support.
