The "Hetman WIELKI" set contains the necessary tools for clutch replacement in Renault, Ford, Audi, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen cars equipped with an automatic transmission with a dry dual clutch "DSG".
We have constructed the only such key on the market, thanks to the many years of experience of mechanics in using the "Hetman" set and cooperation with companies involved in replacement procedures. The "Hetman WIELKI" clutch replacement key was the Product of the Year 2016 in the category: workshop equipment and software. This modernised version of the key for dry DSG clutches, already tested by hundreds of workshops, stands out for its versatility and affordable price.
To carry out the correct disassembly and assembly of the dual clutch, specialist automotive tools are necessary.
During disassembly, the dual clutch must be removed from the gearbox shaft, and during assembly, it must be reinstalled. The clutches K1 and K2 must also be properly adjusted using shims.
