BOSCH Battery 80Ah 800A R+ (agm/starting)

Bosch S5: energy storage for the latest car models with the most extensive electrical equipment

Higher starting current and higher capacity mean more power reserve and more reliable energy supply to the electrical accessories in the vehicle. And this is the most important argument for a demanding customer when choosing a new battery.

The Bosch S5 battery is especially designed for new generation vehicles, with diesel engines or rich equipment, because it meets and even exceeds the high requirements that manufacturers place on factory equipment.

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) is the most advanced car battery technology on the market. High charge acceptance and up to 4 times greater number of charge / discharge cycles compared to conventional batteries make AGM batteries meet the highest requirements of users. Perfect for vehicles with Start / Stop system with brake energy regeneration, but also for vehicles with extensive electrical comfort functions. In AGM technology, fiberglass mats saturated with electrolyte are placed between the lead plates, which increases the efficiency of the battery.

PowerFrame technology

The novelty of the Powerframe technology consists in the use of extrusion in place of the existing casting technologies and the cutting and stretching of the grate. Patented grille made in PowerFrame technology ensures optimal current flow and reduced susceptibility to corrosion. The construction of a lead grille with shortened current paths ensures faster energy flow and current consumption, ensuring reliable engine start-up and extended battery life. A special lead alloy increases corrosion resistance and ensures a low discharge rate.
