These systems - designed to achieve low pollution levels and minimise the risk of fire in the event of a gas leak - use components different from those used in conventional systems based on R134a and R1234yf refrigerants. They are designed to operate under high-pressure conditions and therefore require specific solutions for maintenance and servicing.
The new model, KONFORT 744, was developed by TEXA in collaboration with leading vehicle manufacturers and in accordance with stringent manufacturer requirements for the maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems based on the previously unused CO2 refrigerant in the automotive industry.
KONFORT 744 has received approval and is recommended by Mercedes-Benz
