Specification
High Pressure Testing Tool for Start-Up and Idle – Common Rail (1000 bar)
Specialized diagnostic tool designed for pressure control in Common Rail systems during engine start-up and idle operation. It allows for quick verification of whether the system reaches the minimum required pressure necessary to start the engine and whether it maintains stable operating parameters at idle.
The measurement range up to 1000 bar fully covers the values occurring during start-up (approx. 200–350 bar) and idle operation (approx. 300–400 bar), making the set an ideal tool for preliminary and precise system diagnostics.
Application:
-
control of the minimum pressure required to start the engine,
-
diagnostics of start-up problems (pressure drops, no start),
-
verification of pressure stability at idle,
-
checking the tightness of the injection system,
-
assessment of the high-pressure pump and regulator condition.
Key Features:
-
Glycerin-filled gauge 1000 bar – damping of needle vibrations, clear and stable reading,
-
Flexible hose 600 mm – convenient work in the engine compartment,
-
Set of angled and straight reducers – wide compatibility with Common Rail systems,
-
Durable fuel pipes adapted for high-pressure work,
-
Compact design – ideal for quick workshop diagnostics.

Why is it worth it?
In many cases, the problem with starting a diesel engine is due to insufficient pressure in the Common Rail. This tool allows you to quickly exclude or confirm a fault without the need for costly and time-consuming component replacement.
