Wheel balancer for passenger and delivery vehicles UNITROL TROLL MONOLITH LOT with laser and pneumatic holder

The device is designed for intensive work in tire services, automotive workshops, and vulcanization points also servicing SUVs, vans, and vehicle fleets.

The balancer automatically measures three basic wheel parameters: diameter, width, and distance. Additionally, it uses ultrasonic measurement of the external wheel width. This means the operator does not have to manually enter the most important data, which shortens service time and reduces the risk of error.

LOT system for precise weight positioning

System LOT — Laser on Top determines the axis for mounting the weight at the "12 o'clock" position. As a result, the operator can more accurately mount the clip-on weight and reduce the risk of incorrect correction location indication. Additionally, the laser indicator shows the adhesive weight placement on the rim.

Automatic wheel parameter measurement using a camera

The balancer uses a patented system for entering parameters based on the actual camera image. This solution supports accurate recognition of rim parameters and facilitates the selection of the correct correction location.

UNITROL pneumatic quick-release holder

The MONOLITH LOT model features a pneumatic quick-release holder controlled by a foot pedal. This makes mounting the wheel on the spindle faster and more convenient. At the same time, stable mounting reduces the risk of off-center wheel placement, which could affect the measurement result.

Balancer with a wheel lift up to 80 kg

The wheel lift facilitates setting a heavy wheel at the height of the balancer shaft. As a result, the operator does not have to manually lift the wheel, improving ergonomics and work safety. This solution is particularly useful when servicing SUV, delivery vehicle, and van wheels.

The balancer supports rims with a diameter from 10” to 30” and a width from 2” to 15”. The maximum wheel weight is 80 kg, while the imbalance measurement accuracy is 1 g. The device is powered by 230V and requires a pneumatic installation with a pressure of 8–10 bar.

For which wheels is the TROLL MONOLITH LOT balancer intended?

The balancer is intended for passenger car, SUV, van, and light delivery vehicle wheels. The maximum weight of the serviced wheel is 80 kg.

What does the LOT system mean in the balancer?

LOT means Laser on Top. The system determines the axis for mounting the weight at the "12 o'clock" position, making it easier to precisely fit clip-on weights.

Does the balancer automatically measure wheel parameters?

Yes. The device automatically measures the wheel's diameter, width, and distance. It also uses ultrasonic rim width measurement.

Is the TROLL MONOLITH LOT suitable for aluminum rims?

Yes. The balancer has ALU programs, a laser indicator for adhesive weight placement, and a 3P program allowing weights to be hidden behind the rim spokes.

What power supply does the balancer have?

The balancer requires a 230V / 50 Hz electrical supply and a pneumatic installation with a pressure of 8–10 bar.
