In the event of forecasted hail, we recommend preparing for this circumstance and "dressing" the car in the tarp beforehand. Using the cover does not guarantee 100% protection against damage caused by large hailstorms. The cover is entirely made of one type of material, while competitive covers have side walls made of thin material that does not protect the paint from hail with side wind gusts.
