IC24.UK is a subsidiary of Inter Cars SA who are the largest importer of spare parts for cars, vans and trucks in Central and Eastern Europe. Since May 2004, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In July 2007, the association signed a merger agreement with JC Auto, the market leader in the Japanese and Korean auto parts segment. As a result of the merger, Inter Cars SA has significantly strengthened its role in the Polish and European markets and its strategic goal is to maintain its leading position in Central and Eastern Europe.

In addition to importing spare parts, which is the core business of Inter Cars SA, the company sells legendary Triumph and Ducat motorcycles (through its Inter Motors sales network) and spare parts and accessories for other motorcycles. Inter Cars SA is also the owner of two production companies, Lauber Sp. z o.o. and trailer manufacturer Feber Sp. z o.o. - owner. Inter Cars SA is the owner of the Polish network of Perfect Service, Q-Service, Q-Service Truck, Q-Service Premium, Q-Service Motor, Q-Service MotorSport and Q-Service Off Road in Poland. In total, the networks include about 1000 services. With regard to the truck market, the network connects 69 workshops in Poland and one in Ukraine. The concept of Q-Service, a nationwide network of car repair shops, was created by Inter Cars SA in 1997. Q-Service combines free car repair shops that retain their identity - the name of the company and the owner come first. Perfect Service combines the professionalism and experience of Inter Cars and JC Auto with the long experience of car service owners and mechanics. The idea to create the Polish nationwide network of workshops Perfect Service came from JC Auto (Japan Cars), which was established in 1994. JC Auto was the Polish market leader in the Japanese and Korean auto parts segment. On July 13, 2007, the management boards of Inter Cars SA and JC Auto SA signed a merger agreement between the two companies. Q-Service and Perfect Service are currently the largest and oldest workshop networks in Poland. Q-Service Premium is the next link in the Inter Cars SA affiliated service chain. The network is aimed at current members of QS and PS who are facing new challenges in improving their business image. It builds on the long-standing experience of current networks by introducing higher standards in the market for workshop technology and customer service. Q-Service Motor Sport, a network of workshops specializing in car tuning, has been operating since 2008. Q-Service Moto is a network of professional motorcycle workshops whose members provide the best service based on professional motorcycle and mechanic experience and know-how. Q-Service Moto workshops work with branded products supplied by Inter Cars SA. As a result, our customers are guaranteed the highest quality and affordable prices for spare parts and consumables for Inter Cars SA's extensive product range.
Since 2000, Inter Cars SA has been organizing workshops spare parts and tools and equipment fairs. These are not just events of this kind with the longest history on the Polish car market, they are considered by both professionals and trade fair visitors to be the biggest and highly professionally prepared events. Until 2009, trade fairs were held at the Inter-Carsi logistics center in Czašków Mazowiecki. In 2009, the fair was organized for the first time at Modlin Airport near Warsaw, and since 2011 at Bemowo Airport. In 2012, the Inter Cars Motor Show - a major event for residents of Warsaw and the surrounding area - was held in parallel with the fair.
In 2009, the Internet portal Motointegrator.pl was created - a 21st century web solution. The portal provides a communication channel between a customer looking for car repair options and a workshop as the place of receipt and installation of purchased parts.
