How can I find the correct part for my car?

Enter your vehicle details, and filter the parts for your vehicle. Just remember to check the "Fitment Details" section to confirm the correct fitment.

Why does more than one part come up for my vehicle when I enter it’s details & search for a part?

Manufacturers purposely fit more than one part to specific vehicles (even if we get the make, model, year and engine size!). To 100% confirm the correct part for your vehicle, please ensure you confirm all variances in the 'Fitment Detail' section… This tells you everything you need to know. Alternatively, you can message us @ [email protected] enter your vehicle registration here & what parts you require and we will get back to you.

Can I get more information on a product?

On a lot of our product pages, there is fitment details displaying additional product information. If you require any further information please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

Do brake discs come in singles or pairs?

The majority of our standard discs are priced individually, but due to the safety critical aspect of the braking system, Brake Discs must now be purchased in pairs where required and we will add a quantity of 2 to your basket. (Some discs are sold as a set of two please check prior to placing the order). Our brake pads are sold as a front set or rear set, so purchasing one box will be enough for two discs.

Do parts come with additional fitting kits/gaskets etc.?

None of our products come with any additional items, unless specified on the item page, under the ‘Part Details’ section.

How many spark/glow plugs will I receive?

Most our spark/glow plugs are sold individually, unless otherwise stated on the item description.

All online purchases must be paid for using a credit / debit card or PayPal.

All prices include VAT and exclude delivery.

Further Information

Bank/ Public Holidays

No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Stock indication

Here at IC24.uk we use a stock indication system on our web site which informs you if we have the selected item in stock.

Stock indication status shown on our website is updated every 24hrs and actual stock at our warehouse may vary to that shown on the site (for example, where other orders are received before your order can be processed). Should you order an item where this has occurred we will send you an e-mail advising you of the changed status.

In stock

Products displayed as being 'in stock', means we have good stock levels at our Mail Order Warehouse and are available for immediate dispatch in our normal delivery timescales.

Out of stock

Products displayed as being 'Out of Stock' are normally held within our Distribution Centre but are temporarily Out of Stock. Stock is due in from the supplier but we do not have an estimated date of arrival.

More about delivery

In the unlikely event of your product being lost or damaged in transit, claims must be made in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 10 days in case it has been delayed. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange for inspection.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery.

Once your parcel has been attempted for delivery for a third time & has been unsuccessful we reserve the right to levy an additional charge to re-arrange a further delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by IC24.uk.

All delivery costs include VAT at the current rate and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Specialist Products

Certain products have restrictions or special conditions as to the carriage of them.

Batteries

Our couriers are only able to supply batteries to certain postcodes. To check if we can deliver to your postcode, please contact us @ [email protected]. Batteries are supplied in specially designed boxes, which carry the relevant legal, and health and safety markings. Please ensure the box is not damaged in any way upon opening the box, as any returns need to be sent back in the original box.

Oversized items

Due to the size of these parts, we employ specialist delivery service. We offer premium delivery for these parts and it takes five to seven working days for your items to get delivered. Unfortunately, there is no free delivery available for large exhaust parts and radiators & other oversized items. Our basket automatically calculates best delivery price and transit time depending upon the delivery postcode. Please note that it may take up to a further five working days for parts to get delivered to Northern Ireland and offshore islands.
