DELIVERY OF GOODS AND RETENTION OF TITLE

All orders made via the website will be subject to the appropriate carriage charges stated at the point of order.

No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Goods are delivered to you and at your risk at the earliest of when we physically deliver them to you.

Time of delivery will not be of the essence and any delivery date is an estimate only. You will have the right to cancel any order without liability to us if delivery has not taken place more than 30 days after the time specified by us.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, our designated courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery.

Once your parcel has been attempted for delivery for a third time & has been unsuccessful we reserve the right to levy an additional charge to re-arrange a further delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by IC24.

Any claim that goods have not been delivered to you by us must be notified by you to us within 48 hours of their expected delivery.

The quantity of any consignments recorded by us upon dispatch from our business premises will be conclusive evidence of the goods received by you on delivery unless you can provide conclusive evidence to prove otherwise.

All non-delivery claims will, at our discretion, be limited to replacing the goods or issuing a credit note within a reasonable time.

Any claim that goods have been delivered damaged or do not comply with their description should be made within 48 hours of their delivery. Provided that such goods are returned to us in accordance with clause 11, we will refund, issue a credit or replace the goods at our discretion.

All claims that goods have not been delivered to you by our appointed carriers must be made within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We reserve the right to make appropriate investigations with our carrier within a reasonable timescale. In some cases, we may require compelling evidence from you or a third party to aid the investigation process. You will be notified of our decision to refund, replace or issue a credit for the goods within 14 working days of your initial claim.

Our couriers are only able to supply batteries to certain postcodes. To check if we can deliver to your postcode, please contact us @ [email protected]. Batteries are supplied in specially designed boxes, which carry the relevant legal, and health and safety markings. Please ensure the box is not damaged in any way upon opening the box, as any returns need to be sent back in the original box.
